Boulder is an Australian listed company, headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Boulder is the proponent of the GSPP, and proposes to produce up to 5mtpa of semi-finished steel products. Boulder is also traded on the Frankfurt, Berlin/Bremen, Munich and Stuttgart stock exchanges in Germany and in the USA as over the counter American Depository Receipts (OTC ADRs).
