Additional Projects in the Middle East
 

The Company has recently announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with ABS to jointly develop a Rail and Heavy Beam Plant in the eastern state of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This mill will receive raw materials from the Company’s intergrated steel plant, located in Gladstone, Australia and aims to sell its products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and MENA region. A presentation on this project will be given in September in Dubai.

Various approaches are now being considered by the Board of Directors to either develop or realise Boulder Steel [UAE] Limited, in a manner consistent with the objectives of the strategic partnership with Arabia for Business Strategies (ABS).
